1. Seller

The seller is WLTC Łukasz Winiarski, ul. Ciołkowskiego 19, 45-683 Opole, Poland, VAT ID PL7542959381, e-mail [email protected], phone +48 667 559 956. These terms apply to the sale of workstations, servers and computers presented on rendered.pl.

2. Prices and information on the site

Configurations and prices on the site are indicative ("price from", incl. VAT) and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Prices in the English and German versions are converted from PLN at an indicative exchange rate. The price stated in the individual quote is binding.

3. Quote and order

We prepare a quote based on a request sent via the form, by e-mail or by phone, and send it by e-mail. A quote is valid for 7 days. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms an order placed on the basis of the quote.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer against a VAT invoice, on the terms stated in the quote (including any deposit). For larger orders, leasing or long-term rental is available through a leasing partner.

5. Fulfilment and delivery

Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation unless the quote states otherwise. Every system undergoes a 24-hour stress test. Delivery within Poland is included in the price. The cost and time of delivery to other European Union countries are set individually in the quote. On-site delivery and installation are available by arrangement.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Every system is configured and built to the customer's individual specification, so we do not accept returns. Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for goods made to the consumer's specifications (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not affect the warranty or statutory rights regarding lack of conformity.

7. Warranty and complaints

Every system comes with a 24-month door-to-door warranty; the seller arranges transport both ways. Complaints can be sent by e-mail to [email protected] with a description of the fault. We reply within 14 days. The warranty does not exclude or limit consumers' statutory rights regarding lack of conformity.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
