Public procurement

We fulfil public procurement contracts for computer hardware: graphics workstations, workstations, servers and office computers. We submit offers in public tenders and respond to requests for quotation from public sector bodies, primarily in Poland.

Scope

Hardware for universities, schools and public offices

We supply hardware to universities, schools, public offices, cultural institutions and research units. Typical projects include computer labs for architecture, graphic design, animation and engineering courses, CAD and GIS workstations, video editing stations and servers for rendering, computation and AI.

We build, test and deliver every system ourselves, so the contracting authority deals with one supplier responsible for the hardware, documentation and warranty service.

How we work

Offers that meet tender requirements

Checking the specification

Before submitting an offer we check every parameter in the technical specification, including required benchmark scores such as PassMark for the processor and graphics card, and the requirements for the case, power supply, ports and operating system. Where the specification is unclear, we submit questions to the contracting authority within the deadline set in the procedure.

Documents

We attach a detailed specification of the offered hardware, component data sheets and the required declarations. Manufacturers' CE declarations of conformity are available on request.

Equivalent solutions

Where the specification allows equivalent solutions, we can offer components with parameters at least equal to those required, together with a justification of equivalence.

Delivery and acceptance

Every system goes through a 24-hour stress test. Hardware is delivered with the operating system and drivers installed, within the time stated in the offer, and acceptance is confirmed with a handover report.

Warranty and service

Our standard warranty is 24 months door-to-door. Other warranty and service terms required in a procedure are discussed individually before the offer is submitted.

Process

From notice to acceptance

  1. Notice or request. Send us a link to the procedure on the procurement platform or a request for quotation by e-mail.
  2. Requirements analysis. We review the specification and conditions for participation and prepare questions to the contracting authority if needed.
  3. Offer. We submit the offer with the required documents within the deadline and in the form set out in the procedure.
  4. Delivery. After the contract is signed, we build and test the hardware, deliver it and hand over the acceptance report and invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take part in public tenders?

Yes. We submit offers in procedures run on public procurement platforms and respond to requests for quotation for lower-value contracts. For tenders outside Poland, please contact us before the deadline.

Will the offered hardware meet the performance requirements?

Before submitting an offer we verify all parameters, including required PassMark scores, and choose components that meet them. The offer includes a detailed specification so the contracting authority can check compliance.

How does payment work?

Payment is made by bank transfer against a VAT invoice, within the term set in the contract.

Can hardware be ordered without a tender?

Yes. For lower-value purchases, simply send a request for quotation or use the form below. We prepare the quote within one business day.
